Corporate Clothing with Logo

Most companies buy their clothing piecemeal: twenty polos first, jackets from a different supplier a year later, then shirts for reception. The result is a team that does not look like a team. Corporate clothing works as a system, not as a one-off order — and setting it up properly takes less effort than people expect.

Which garment for which role

Reception, sales, advisory: a shirt or blouse with a small embroidery on chest or cuff. Reads as committed without looking like a uniform.

Field and technical staff: a polo shirt as the base, with a softshell jacket over it — logo on the chest, company name across the back. This is the most visible combination, because the jacket is what the customer sees.

Workshop, warehouse, site: workwear with embroidery rather than print, because 60 degrees and abrasion are in play.

Events and trade fairs: T-shirts and caps in larger volumes — here the logo may be bigger and bolder than in daily wear.

Set it up once, reorder for years

The real value sits in the preparation. Once model, colour, logo position and embroidery file are fixed, every repeat order is just a question of size and quantity — no new setup cost, no colour drift, no discussion. We archive those details so that two years from now someone gets exactly the same garment.

One point from experience: when choosing a model, check that men’s and women’s cuts exist in the same fabric and that sizes run to 4XL. Both only surface when someone on the team does not fit — and by then the system is already in place.

What drives the price

Not the garment price alone, but the combination of textile quality, number of branded positions and quantity. Our tier pricing lowers the unit price from 10, 100, 500 and 1000 pieces. Ordering the annual volume at once rather than quarterly saves noticeably — assuming you can store it.

Common questions

How many garments per employee?

As a guide: three tops per person so one is always clean, plus a jacket. For daily wear with frequent washing, closer to five tops.

Can we add other colours later?

Yes, provided the model carries them. What matters is choosing a model at the first order that stays available long term — we advise on that up front.

Do we get a sample before the run?

Yes, and for corporate clothing we strongly recommend it: one sample shows fit, colour and logo position before fifty pieces are produced.
