2. What data we process
- Order and customer data: name, company, billing and delivery address, e-mail, phone, order history.
- Payment data: payment processing is handled via Stripe (including credit card and TWINT). Credit card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and does not enter our systems.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, access times (server log files) to ensure secure operation.
- Contact enquiries: information you submit via forms or express enquiries.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data for contract performance (orders, finishing), for communication, for invoicing and to fulfil legal obligations. The basis is the performance of the contract as well as our legitimate interest in a secure, well-functioning service.
4. Disclosure to third parties
Data is disclosed only to the extent necessary for contract performance, in particular to:
- Payment service providers (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.)
- Logistics/shipping partners (e.g. Swiss Post)
- Finishing and production partners for the execution of your order
- Hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (servers located in Germany) and Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN/DNS)
5. Cookies & analytics
This website uses technically necessary cookies for the shopping cart and the session. If analytics or marketing services are used, this only happens with your consent via the cookie banner.
6. Retention
We retain order and invoice data in accordance with the statutory retention periods (in Switzerland generally 10 years). After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, deletion and release of your data, as well as the right to object to certain processing operations. To exercise these rights, please contact [email protected].

This website is transmitted with SSL/TLS encryption (https). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
