Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and deliveries by Adlerline, Gerbergasse 6, 5726 Unterkulm (“Provider”) via adlerline.ch as well as in direct business transactions.
1. Scope
By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions. Deviating terms of the customer apply only with the express written consent of the Provider.
2. Offer & conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online catalogue does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation by e-mail. For customised products, an approval/proofing step (“approval for print”) is carried out before production.
3. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), net, plus statutory VAT of currently 8.1 %. Finishing, setup and shipping costs are shown separately. Quantity-based tiered prices apply; the applicable price depends on the quantity ordered.
4. Minimum order quantities & finishing
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply to printed or embroidered items. The tiers indicated for the respective product are decisive. Colour and material deviations within the range customary in the industry remain reserved.
5. Payment
Payment is made either by credit card or TWINT (via Stripe) or – by arrangement – by invoice (prepayment or payment term as agreed). For first orders and custom-made products, advance payment may be required.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Shipping costs: CHF 8.90 (Swiss Post, 2–4 working days); for orders of CHF 300.– (net) or more, we ship free of charge. Delivery times are indicative and, for customised goods, depend on the approval.
7. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment has been received.
8. Returns & custom-made goods
Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Individually printed, embroidered or custom-made items are excluded from exchange and return, as they are custom productions. Non-personalised stock items may be returned within 14 days by prior arrangement, in unused condition and in the original packaging; the customer bears the return shipping costs.
9. Notice of defects & warranty
The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt and report obvious defects in writing within 7 days. In the event of a justified notice of defects, we will, at our discretion, provide rectification or a replacement delivery. Further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Liability
The Provider’s liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The customer is liable for print data supplied by the customer and for approvals (“approval for print”).
11. Applicable law & place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, where legally permissible.
